Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Communications between the department and Converus Inc, from Jan 1 2016 to the current date, or the date of your search, whichever is later. To include reports and data supplied by Converus, and any contracts.
Any assessment, evaluation or report on the functionality or use of the Converus EyeDetect system within the department, over the same time period.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

In reference to your request, this department was not in an contractual agreement with Converus/Converus Eye Detect system. The system was sent to the Columbus Police Department as an example.

With regard to your request for all files and records, as well as other documents that refer, reflect or relate to communication with Converus/Converus EyeDetect System, estimated cost, excepting the first fifteen minutes of administrative time, are as follows: search, retrieval, copying and redaction: 2 hr @$13.13 per hr; $26.26, Total: $26.26.
As per O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(d), please contact this office with approval of cost associated with request and this request will be processed and forwarded to you.
