Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Concord contract with Accela to purchase Accela Civic Platform software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that we are presently attempting to identify and locate documents that are in our possession which are responsive to your request. To the extent that those documents are not privileged, confidential, or otherwise exempt from the Public Records Act, we will produce those documents promptly. Once we have located any non-privileged, non-exempt documents that are responsive to your request, we will notify you to advise you of the number of documents to be produced and the total copying charges for the production of these documents. I expect to be able to have a responsive records and/or a page count to you next week.
