I am responding to your Public Records Act request.

You cannot really make a PRA request in this case, since you were involved in this report as an arrested party.

However, in reviewing the case, the Contra Costa District Attorney choose not to file on this case. Therefore, you are entitled to get a redact copy of this report. All you need to do is come to the Concord Police Department Records Bureau, between 8 am and 5 pm Monday thru Friday. You need to bring some identification and the fee is $3.50 for a copy of the report.
