Mr. Caporale:
Thank you for providing these documents. I have a question: you have provided me the emails from two separate FOIA requests -- one about emails referencing International Business Times, the other about emails from the domain names of Cigna, Anthem, RobinsonCole, etc. It is difficult for me to disaggregate which emails you are providing here are in response to which FOIA request. As far as I can tell, in the emails you sent me, there appears to be just one single email responsive to my request for the following:
"All correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Insurance Commissioner to or from email addresses from any of the following domain names: @cigna.com, @anthem.com or @rc.com...All correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Deputy Insurance Commissioner to or from email addresses from any of the following domain names: @cigna.com, @anthem.com or @rc.com...All correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Deputy Insurance Commissioner to or from email addresses from any of the following domain names: @cigna.com, @anthem.com or @rc.com...All correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Insurance Commissioner to or from email address theolearygroup@gmail.com..All correspondence to or from employees of the Office of the Deputy Insurance Commissioner to or from email address theolearygroup@gmail.com"
It seems hard to believe that there is just one single email responsive to this request. So I am asking your department to please provide me -- in a separate response -- the emails that were responsive to that request, and to please not mix the response to that request in with my other FOIA request. Can you do that?
