Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act (Conn. Gen. Stat. Β§ 1-200, et seq.), I request expedited processing and ADA accommodations for the following records:
Records Requested:
All records, communications, and case files related to CHRO Case #2510183, including but not limited to:
Internal communications between CHRO officials discussing this case.
Communications between CHRO and the Connecticut Office of the Attorney General.
Communications between CHRO and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) regarding this case.
Any records related to ADA enforcement actions, decisions, or internal deliberations about CHRO Case #2510183.
All emails, memos, and written correspondence from January 1, 2024, to present discussing:
ADA Title II enforcement and compliance within CHRO investigations.
Whistleblower complaints related to disability rights enforcement.
Denials of accommodations for individuals with disabilities within CHROβs jurisdiction.
All policies, procedures, or internal guidance used by CHRO when handling ADA complaints, disability discrimination cases, or whistleblower retaliation claims involving state agencies.
Any CHRO reports, memos, or correspondence sent to federal oversight agencies (DOJ, HHS OCR, EEOC) regarding ADA violations or CHRO Case #2510183.
Request for Expedited Processing:
I request expedited processing under Conn. Gen. Stat. Β§ 1-212(d) due to:
The urgent public interest in ensuring CHRO is properly enforcing ADA protections.
Ongoing legal proceedings in CHRO Case #2510183, where delays in obtaining this information could impact my ability to seek justice.
Evidence of government suppression of civil rights enforcement and whistleblower retaliation, necessitating immediate federal review.
Please confirm expedited processing and provide an estimated date for the production of these records.
Request for ADA Accommodations:
