Request for Expedited Processing:
I am requesting expedited processing under Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d) due to:
The urgent public interest in Connecticut’s enforcement (or lack thereof) of federal disability rights laws affecting individuals statewide.
Ongoing legal proceedings in CHRO Case #2510183, where delays in obtaining this information could impact my ability to seek justice.
Evidence of ongoing retaliation and suppression of civil rights enforcement, necessitating urgent federal review.
Please confirm expedited processing and provide an estimated date for the production of these records.
Request for ADA Accommodations:
As a person with a disability protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, I require the following non-negotiable accommodations:
