All emails between Joyce Heriot and Susan Shellard from when Ms. Shellard started at DECD to now; 2. All emails between Joyce Heriot and Kathy Woodward from 07/01/2015 to now; 3. All emails between Joyce Heriot and Cheryl Bocwinski from 07/01/2015 to now; and 4. All invoices from the Attorney General from 07/01/2010 to now for any employment cases.”

Note: As to number four (4) of you request “All invoices from the Attorney General from 07/01/2010 to now for any employment cases” DECD has no documents responsive to your request.
We will search our files for information responsive to your request and will determine whether the information is subject to disclosure under Connecticut's Freedom of Information Act. Please note that requests for access to and/or copies of documents are handled in the order that such requests were received. At this time, there are currently sixteen (16) outstanding requests for access to and/or copies of documents that were received prior to your request, many of which are voluminous. As you may be aware, each document must be reviewed for statutory exemptions to disclosure prior to being made available for public access. Additionally, the legal unit is not the custodian of the records you have requested. We must therefore rely on agency staff to provide responsive materials for our review and as such, our ability to provide the materials to you is dependent on our timely receipt of them from staff.
