Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:

Pursuant to the state of Connecticut Freedom of Information Act Sec. 1-210 and Sec. 1-211, I request access to and copies of the information or documents below promptly. Also if any of this information is available in electronic version (Such as doc, xls, pdf, txt, csv, mdb, etc...) I would like to receive them in compact disc, or if the files are too large for CD, I will provide external hard drive. Also I'm available to come in and review the documents. By promptly, I mean immediately or within a reasonable time, perhaps a few days for some of the data unless you can demonstrate to the Freedom of Information Commissioner (FOIC) that this would interfere with the normal course of business.

1. All documents or emails or any other information that Ms. Anne Noble returned to CT Lottery after she left her position.
2. All documents that was giving to anyone at Hartford Courant from 01/01/2016 to now.
3. All text sent or received by Anne Noble and Frank Farricker.
4. All emails sent or received by Frank Frank Farricker to anyone at the Governor's office.
5. All documents related to the investigation 5 Card Cash

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. ยง 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
