From: Kevin Paige

Ms. Nobile,
I am requesting information on any summonses issued under 19a-342 and their ultimate disposition. These summonses would be issued by state or local police according to Connecticut Office of Legislative Research https://www.cga.ct.gov/2003/rpt/2003-R-0681.htm

I would like to know how many summonses or infractions were issued citing this statute.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kevin
