(1) Any signed and/or executed employment contract/agreement/offer letter/ memorandum of understanding between Coastal Carolina and Van Wagner.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

The FOIA Office received your FOIA request on July 23, 2021. Please understand the FOIA Office's procedure for Freedom of Information Act Requests has changed to better reflect the spirit of Section 30-4-15 of the South Carolina Code of Laws.
Section 30-4-15 of the South Carolina Code of Laws requires public business to be performed in an open and public manner so that citizens shall be advised of the performance of public officials and the decisions that are reached in public activity. Therefore the FOIA Office will be providing access to certain public records to South Carolina citizens. Thus, requests made by out-of-state individuals, businesses, or the like will be denied.
