The Cook County State's Attorney's Office is in receipt of your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (the "Act"). Your request was received in this office on 3/4/2025 and given the reference number R003569-030225 for tracking purposes. Records Requested: To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all lists, spreadsheets or other organized datasets that detail potential or substantiated allegations of misconduct and/or impeached or impeachable testimony, created under Brady v. Maryland and/or Giglio v. United States.
- Any and all records regarding substantiated allegations of misconduct or violations of internal department policy or criminal law by specific law enforcement officers.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available.
