Good morning Jenny,
I have received your approved data request from the Office of the Chief Judge - Cook County, Illinois, unfortunately, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Cook County, Illinois - MIS department is unable to complete the request for data for the following reasons:

The specific Eviction addresses provided are not datapoints for the case management system to search. The search or lookup by address is a limited tool with the return data being null. Additionally, any address (wildcarded) may have had one or more legal actions (cases) attached to it. The Clerk of the Circuit Court case management system stores data unique to case ID's (case numbers), addresses are not a unique identifier within the CMS.

The documents that you seek: Notice to leave (demand for possession) and Eviction records (Order for Possession) are initiated by plaintiffs/counsel as physical documents and not data.
You may obtain these via Cook County case number, if known, or by performing a local kiosk search.
