Any land use permits or applications, external and internal documents, emails, minutes and video/audio recordings since January 1, 2021 to present regarding any discussions, particularly enforcement or regulatory oversight of permitting or land use permit application at 1880 Industrial Road, including internal and external emails, to include private email inbound or outbound that is still subject to the Colorado Open Records Act but deliberately or inadvertently containing official business.

Mr. Jeter, in response to the request for records pursuant to the Colorado Opens Records Act that the City received from you and that is partially listed below, the City responds as follows:

I. Request:
Any land use permits or applications, external and internal documents, emails, minutes and video/audio recordings since January 1, 2021 to present regarding any discussions, particularly enforcement or regulatory oversight of permitting or land use permit application at 1880 Industrial Road, including internal and external emails, to include private email inbound or outbound that is still subject to the Colorado Open Records Act but deliberately or inadvertently containing official business.

II. Response:
An initial search indicates that about 393 documents may be responsive to this request, and it is estimated it will take City Staff an additional 1.5 hours of staff time to retrieve and review to ensure that no statutory exceptions or privileges exist preventing the release of the records or that require the redaction of the records. Pursuant to CORA there is no fee for the first hour, and every hour thereafter is charged at $33.58 per hour, for an estimated minimum fee for 1.5 hours, or $50.37. If you still desire to have the City process this CORA request, please provide payment to the City Clerk’s Office of 50% of the estimated fee, or $25.19 to allow the City to begin processing your request.
