Recording of Court (Cross County Sheriff's Office)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Please provide a copy of court proceedings at Cross County District Court Room for date Oct. 5, 2021 for court case CR-21-3398. please provide all personnel files for all law enforcement, city employees or court staff present on above date. If you need to review the video to see staff present. Please do so.

2. Provide a copy of the law that restricts or states a courtroom can’t be recorded by citizens

3. Provide all documents the court has in regards to the Case involving Christopher J. Reed, this request also includes all notes and judges notes from the Court Case mentioned in this request.

4. Please provide all information discussed by Attorney Talbot and Judge in the judges chamber without the defendant or his attorney being present as the law requires.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
