Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting the names of the officers involved and at the scene of the officer involved death of Phillip White on March 31st, 2015. I am requesting any and all video and audio and photographs of the incident involving the death of Phillip White. I am requesting any emails or text messages regarding the death of Phillip White. I am requesting any documents on handling civil unrest in Vineland.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

2. No MVR/dash-cam video exists. Any other video/photographs are part of the ongoing investigation handled by the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office and is exempt per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. Audio records are attached.
3. Email requests are too broad and will need to be clarified with a date range, sender/receiver, etc.
