Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:
Any situational awareness documents regarding outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs), including but not limited to the Bandidos and the Cossacks, between 2005 and the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is submitted in my capacity as a journalist.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

This is an appeal for the determination given by the Dallas Fusion Center in response to the below request for situational awareness bulletins related to outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs) over the past decade.
Motorcycle gangs have been identified as one of the top threats to public safety in the state of Texas. It is thus difficult to believe that the DFC has not issued a single such bulletin in the past 10 years. As such, I respectfully request that you remand this request for a good faith search and provision of responsive documents.
