Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all electronic communication and attachments to/from Cindy Jackson, Chief Financial Officer; Members of the Water, Light & Sinking Fund Commission, specifically regarding the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, the recent bankruptcy filing by Westinghouse, and the recent Moody's Investors Service outlook regarding the City of Dalton. Keywords that can be used in the search are: "Vogtle", "Westinghouse", "Toshiba", "bankruptcy", "Southern". The timeframe of this request is limited to January 1, 2016 and the processing date of this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
