I am writing to formally request access to public records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Specifically, I am requesting any and all records and materials related to the case of

Additionally, if this request has been sent to the wrong department or agency, I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance or contact information for the correct department or agency that handles such requests.
If any part of the request is denied or redacted, please provide a detailed explanation of the specific legal exemption that applies.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
