Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All electronic and written communications received by or made by Councilman Warren Levy in matters relating to Kevin Paige or Hat City Ale House based on definitions described in the Freedom of Information Act from August 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022. Please list sources examined for responsive documents.
This would include official email addresses, texts, social media account postings or messaging, phone call logs, personal email addresses, and any cell phones or land lines used by Mr. Levy where matters concerning Kevin Paige have been discussed including deleted emails or texts.
If there are exempt responsive documents, please itemize and list applicable exemptions claimed. Redacted portions of all documents should be conspicuously made to determine which parts of document are being exempted.
A periodic return of responsive documents as completed would be appreciated and may allow a determination that this request is satisfied.
I am available to meet and discuss records I am requesting to assist you in reducing the scope of this request.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
