Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
1) A copy of any contract or agreement between the Danbury Housing Authority and Eversource Energy for the purchase of a 2016 housing tax credit granted to the DHA for the Glen Apartments project. According to state records, Danbury Housing Authority sold the credit (Certificate # 15-029-1), worth $500,000, to Eversource Energy around Dec. 30, 2015.
I ask that all fees be waived for this request as I am a journalist employed by the Lowell Sun and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest and not for any commercial purposes.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.
