Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
E-mails under the control of Wright Public Library, deleted or not, within the last 4 months sent or received from addresses belonging to any of the following senders OR recipients, irrespective of which account in the library system the message resides:
Kristi Hale, Judy Cook, Samuel Dorf, Jeremy Newport, Madeline Iseli, Healy Jackson, Leigh Ann Fulford, Roger Crum, Dan Turben, Kyle Ramey, Norbert Klopsch
Please note that “if a court determines that the public office or the person responsible for public records failed to comply … the relator shall be entitled to an award of all court costs and may receive an award of attorney fees and/or statutory damages” and that destruction of records is a violation of ORC 149.351.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Flak:
The records you have requested have been uploaded. Out of the 881 files, which includes all attachments, 8 files have redactions per the Ohio Revised Code. All of the information redacted, which includes personal information such as DOB, social security number, tax identification number, bank account information, or medical information, has the specific Ohio Revised Code section noted on that document. All e-mails and attachments have the date before the subject; however, the program used to convert the e-mails to .pdf made all Outlook invites into files without dates in the titles. I apologize in advance as it appears some files were loaded twice.
