Mr. Mirza,
The Countering Violent Extremism and Gun Violence Working Group is comprised of community area members and works with local and federal law enforcement to review programs and discussion points provided from the DHS.
The information from the City of Dearborn website cites an award ceremony, where various participants were acknowledged for their participation.
Attached are two presentations that have been the cornerstone of the Countering Violent Extremism and Gun Violence Working Group.
Sincerely,
Sgt. Joseph Brehler

Sgt. Joseph Brehler,
Thank you so much for your quick response. I just want to clarify: does the Dearborn Police Department have no responsive records on the Countering Violent Extremism and Gun Violence Working Group other than the two presentations you've sent?
Waqas.
From: Brehler, Joe
That is correct, you will note that our Chief, Ronald Haddad, is noted in the first presentation. That should help identify our participation in this national program.
Sincerely,
Sgt. Joseph Brehler
