Thanks very much for your quick response, David.

Basically, I’m seeking a document that tracks the records your office has received and processed. Maybe it’s a spreadsheet. Maybe it’s a database report printout. Not sure how you handle the process. But a list of requests received by date, requester, subject, and disposition would satisfy this request.
