Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's employment agreement of Dr. James Niedermeier, Superintendent of Schools, dated April 7, 2020.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's first amendment to the employment agreement of Dr. James Niedermeier, Superintendent of Schools, dated June 8, 2021.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's employment agreement of Jeffrey Rivenburg, Assistant Superintendent of Schools.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of any and all of the Duanesburg Central School District's amendments to the employment agreement of Jeffrey Rivenburg, Assistant Superintendent of Schools.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
