To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All memos, budgets, proposed budgets, presentations, and emails from the dates 01/01/2012 to 04/09/18 mentioning the use of, spending on, and/or consideration of bulletproof shelters for use in schools in the state.
An example of one such company that produces bulletproof shelters is the company called Shelter in Place (http://shelterinplace.com/pricing), mentioned in this local media report, among others covered in the press in various states: http://abc7ny.com/is-this-bulletproof-school-shelter-the-new-normal/3160640/
I am a member of the press and therefore request that fees be waived.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Erik Franco

Please clarify what you are requesting that is different from your previous request, to which the department already responded.

Hi,
It appears there was an error in sending my previous reply. I was merely writing in my previous communication to say thank you for the previous records search.
No further records request was intended.
Best,
Erik Franco
