To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any communication, guidance documents, reports, memos or other records regarding the U.S. Attorney General coordinating with the Delaware Attorney General to comply with executive order 14190 ("Ending Radical Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling") by enforcing the law and filing appropriate actions against K-12 teachers and school officials who violate the law by:
(i) sexually exploiting minors;
(ii) unlawfully practicing medicine by offering diagnoses and treatment without the requisite license; or
(iii) otherwise unlawfully facilitating the social transition of a minor student.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
