From: Office Of The State Bank Commissioner

Dear Mr. Rudenberg,

On June 19, 2023, we received from you a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for “the current field of memberships of all credit unions that you regulate.”

Please note that Delaware law (including the Delaware Banking Code, at Title 5 of the Delaware Code) does not provide for State chartered credit unions. Therefore, no credit unions are regulated by our office. However, federal credit unions are chartered and regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (https://ncua.gov) and a list of federal credit unions (including those conducting business in Delaware) is available at https://mapping.ncua.gov/.

Sincerely,

Christopher L. Hall
