Probe Request (Office of the Attorney General - Delaware)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All records of communications from the Attorney General’s office, including but not
limited to emails, email attachments, text messages, telephone call logs, calendar
invitations/entries, meeting notices, meeting agendas, informational material, draft
legislation, talking points, or other materials, that is primarily about or concerned with
Apple Inc. the company Tech Data and/or Ingram Micro.

2. All records of communications, including but not limited to emails, email attachments,
text messages, telephone call logs, calendar invitations/entries, meeting notices, meeting
agendas, informational material, draft legislation, talking points, or other materials any
and all employees or representatives Apple Inc.

Timeframe: September 2019 until the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
