Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Underground storage tank (UST) and leaking UST (LUST) information for Cartanza Grain Inc. located at 102 Columbus Drive in Dover (facility ID 10152639). Please include the following record types, if available: UST registration/notification forms; UST inspection reports; UST closure documentation; the initial LUST incident report(s); the initial LUST site investigation; quarterly groundwater monitoring reports; remedial action plan(s); remedial action completion report(s); and LUST incident closure/No Further Action (NFA) documentation. Project no. K9407154.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
