Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records pertaining to Tidewater Utilities located at 1110 South Little Creek Road in Dover, specifically a spill incident and a September 20, 2007 well permit violation. I do not have any additional information related to the spill incident. Tidewater Utilities is a participant in the Land Development Erosion Control program with the ID number 2544. Please include the following record types, if available: the initial incident reports, Notices of Violation (NOVs), correspondence between the responsible party(ies) and the DNREC, and closure/No Further Action (NFA) information.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
