Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Theft & Vandalism Reports
- The number of reported bicycle thefts from Bike-n-Ride Shelters at RTD transit stations from January 1, 2022 to the present.
- Any incident reports or summaries describing thefts, break-ins, or vandalism involving these shelters.
2. Security Policies & Oversight
- Any RTD policies, agreements, or contracts related to the operation, maintenance, and security of Bike-n-Ride Shelters.
- Any evaluations, audits, or reports assessing the security effectiveness of these shelters.
3. Utilization & Complaints
- Data on Bike-n-Ride Shelter occupancy or usage, if available.
- Any customer complaints regarding Bike-n-Ride Shelter security or thefts.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
