Daniel Danielson Arrest

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Body-worn camera footage from the arrest of Daniel Danielson on November 15, 2023. Danielson was a suspect who solicited an undercover officer posing as a prostitute.
If the undercover officer whom Danielson solicited was wearing a camera, I would like her footage from the duration of the incident. I would also like the footage from the arresting officer. If you have any questions, please feel welcome to contact me.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment or a downloadable file.
