Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The CAD record/report and body-worn camera footage from Officer Eugene McComas related to the incident described below.
Incident: 6/24/22, 57yo female is declared dead and is then found to be alive. An internal investigation related to this incident later occurred. For reference: https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2022/11/04/denver-firefighters-dead-woman-alive/
If the requested body-worn camera footage is not available, I request the body-worn camera footage from the first arriving officer at this incident for which body-worn camera footage is available.
The requested records will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically.

Good morning Ms. Webber,
Thank you for producing the CAD report! I understand you report that BWC footage from Officer McComas does not exist for this incident. My original request specified that if no BWC footage from Officer McComas is available, I request BWC from the next available officer on scene. The CAD report lists a second officer on scene, Officer Hall III. Can you please confirm if a search was conducted for this BWC video, and what were the results?
