The City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation received a public information request from you on December 08, 2024. This letter is to clarify which RFPs you are seeking information regarding.  To limit the additional costs associated with your request, please utilize the following link to find the RFP numbers you wish to have pulled.  All City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation contracts, past and present, are listed on BidNet. Any person or company can register for free to access the information at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/

If you would like for the City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation to proceed with your request, please provide the RFP numbers within seven (7) days from 12/11/2024. Otherwise, the City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation will consider your request withdrawn. You may provide a response by responding directly to this email.  Please note, you may choose to proceed with your request without providing the RFP numbers, however, this will incur additional time fees associated with your request.
Upon receipt of your clarification, the City and County of Denver, Department of Aviation will further respond to your Colorado Open Records Act Request as required by law, including providing you with an estimate of costs associated with producing the requested records.
