Full missing persons investigation file for Marc James Warren Allen (missing March 29, 1986).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The initial case report can be released, and the cost of it is $5.00. Please mail a check in the amount of $5.00 payable to the Des Moines Police Department to the following address:

The check was mailed to our City Legal Department, and they forwarded me the check for the report on September 27, 2021. I processed the check and mailed the report and the receipt back to MuckRock News on September 27, 2021.
