Dear Sgt Kouski,
Thanks for responding. As a sister of a homicide victim, I am aware of Diane's case through social media and some messaging with Twyla while she was alive.
I read about the "strip of material" and I was hopeful your department has heard of the M-Vac System. The Massachusetts State Police recently acquired one and it can take objects, like material etc and extract DNA.
Wishing success and closure on Diane's tragic case.
Regards,
Geraldine Houde
