Pursuant to the Mississippi Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Dear FOIA Officer,

I am submitting this request under the Mississippi Public Records Act to obtain records related to Suzanne Wallace, an officer at the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department. My request is as follows:

1. All email communications sent to and from Suzanne Wallace during the period from January 1, 2017, to January 31, 2019. This includes any emails related to internal communications within the department as well as communications with external parties such as other law enforcement agencies, state and federal authorities, and private individuals. Please include any attachments to these emails, such as documents, images, or other files.
2. All records, write-ups, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations involving Suzanne Wallace for the entire duration of her employment with the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department, regardless of date. This includes any formal or informal investigations, complaints filed (both internal and external), performance reviews, and any documentation related to disciplinary actions or corrective measures taken.
3. All complaints filed against Suzanne Wallace, whether internal (filed by fellow officers or department staff) or external (filed by private citizens or other entities), for the entire duration of her employment with the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Department. Please include the dates, descriptions of the complaints, investigative reports, and outcomes.

If there are any fees associated with processing this request, please inform me of the estimated costs.

If any part of this request is denied, please provide the specific reasons for the denial and cite the applicable exemptions. If any portions of the records are exempt from disclosure, please release any non-exempt portions.
