Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the bid submitted in response to Amazon's request for proposals for the site of its second headquarters, any contracts with third-party providers for services rendered regarding the Amazon HQ2 bid, and any marketing budgets regarding Amazon-related expenditures from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is received.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The City of Detroit Law Department has received your fax. You state that you wanted to "follow up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on October 27, 2017."
The Freedom of Information Act section did respond to your request. On November 21, 2017, a response letter was mailed to you. The letter states that there are two hundred forty-four pages of documents. The documents can be mailed to you after a check or money order is received in the amount of Thirty-Three and 05/100 dollars ($33.05).
