All correspondence between the Delaware Department of Insurance and Trupanion, Trupanion Managers USA, PetPartners, or American Pet Insurance Company

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I respectfully request any and all copies of all documents, communications, correspondence with, investigative materials or closing letters/documentation between the Delaware Department of Insurance and Trupanion, Trupanion Managers USA, PetPartners, or American Pet Insurance Company, between 1/1/2018 to present. I also respectfully request any and all communications between the Delaware Department of Insurance any other state insurance department about Trupanion, Trupanion Managers USA, PetPartners or American Pet Insurance Company between 1/1/2018 to present. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
