For future reference, requests for entity filings do not need to be submitted through a FOIA request but can simply be obtained in four ways: 1) Through the Division of Corporations' website: http://www.corp.delaware.gov; 2) by telephone 302-739-3073, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.; 3) by Live Person chat by logging onto the website http://www.corp.delaware.gov, select the CONTACT link then Live Support and Entity Information, the Division of Corporations' office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm to accept Live Person chats; or 4) by email at DOSDOC_Web@State.de.us<mailto:DOSDOC_Web@State.de.us>, a service representative will respond on a first-in, first out basis - typically within 24 hours. (All Eastern Standard Time.)
As a courtesy to members of the media, our office can provide entity documents from the Division of Corporations at no cost provided that the requests are not voluminous. If requests are voluminous in length, we may ask that the individual use the service request feature on the Division's website. You may email me directly in the future if you are in need of publicly available entity filings.

I am working to retrieve those filings for you but in the meantime, if you have a direct email address that I can send these to, please let me know.
