Mr. O'Donnell,
I have reviewed your below request for information. The Delaware Police Chiefs' Council (DPCC) is a Non-Profit organization and is not a law enforcement agency. The DPCC does not participate in the Equitable Sharing program with the Department of Justice. I assume that you are requesting Equitable Sharing information from all of the Delaware police agencies. If that is true, you would need to make a Freedom of Information Act Request from each agency.
I also assume you are requesting the below listed SLEAF information from each agency in Delaware. If that is true, you may want to contact the SLEAF administrator with the Delaware Department of Justice in order to obtain that information.
Hopefully this has been helpful.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Horvath
