Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A template copy of every MOU, contract, or other agreement that camera owners sign to either register or integrate a camera as part of the Dunwoody Police Department's partnership with Flock Safety described at https://refer.flocksafety.com/dunwoody/.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of your open records request. The City of Dunwoody found no records that are responsive to your request using the information provided. We don’t currently have a template for an MOU, contract, or other agreement that camera owners sign to either register or integrate a camera as part of the Dunwoody Police Department's partnership with Flock Safety, but are currently in the process of evaluating the appropriate avenues to federate cameras. Even though the city’s website currently lists a sign-up portal, we have no MOU attached that would be housed or approved by the City of Dunwoody, since all these partnership agreements are with Flock.
As such, this open records request has been closed. You may submit new or revised requests using the Dunwoody Open Records Center.
