CO County CVR Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Cast vote record (CVR) data for the following elections:
1. 2022 Nov Midterm Election
2. 2024 Nov General Election

Specifically, I’m looking for the full anonymized record of votes cast each election generated by the voting system. An example of these records in REDACTED format is available at this link on the Arapahoe County webpage: https://www.arapahoevotes.gov/transparency
If you follow the "Redacted Cast Vote Record (CVR)" link on that webpage, it will download a csv file with Arapahoe County's redacted CVR records (this: https://gis.arapahoegov.com/dl_data/cr_voter_data/redacted_cvr/REDACTED_CVR_Export_20241126111830_330948.zip.)

I am requesting these records NOT redacted pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act. Please let me know if you need any further clarification on the type of data that I am requesting.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
