Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all memoranda, training materials, guidelines, statements of policy, policy changes, legal advice, legal opinions, legal memoranda, and legal briefs regarding the drug Fentanyl since Jan. 1, 2011.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr King,
This is our policy on this for now. I do not have the article from last year that warned of all the dangers of fentynal and carfentynal. I hung it up for everyone to read and never thought to keep it.
