Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Staff roster including but not limited to first and last names, job titles, areas of assignment, and badge, serial, and other identifying numbers. In order of preference, I would prefer that this data be provided as: plain text with comma-separated-values (i.e., a "CSV" file), OpenDocument spreadsheet, Excel spreadsheet, or the native electronic format of the software from which this information is retrieved in fulfillment of my request. I specifically request that you not create a new record for me by rendering to PDF or by printing your electronic record then scanning it to make a series of images of the printed data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Police Department has completed its search and uploaded records identified as responsive to your request to the Police Department’s Records Portal.  Select the " My Request Center" link and you will then be directed to log in to your portal account.  From your portal account you can review and download the records identified in response to your request.  Please scroll to the bottom of your request, right before the message history to download the responsive records.
This production of records is the Police Department’s final, determinative response to your request.  At this time, the Police Department believes it has fulfilled your request and will close the above-referenced request file.  If we have misinterpreted any part of your request, please advise us as soon as possible, as it is the intent of staff to fully comply in a timely manner.
