Good morning. Currently within the Recorder Clerk office to obtain any death certificates you would need to submit an application requesting a certificate for a particular person. Our office does not keep statistics for the information listed on the death certificate that you have requested. We have also reached out to the county Health and Human Services department to see if they were able to provide any of the information and they did not have any information to provide as well.
