Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request Records of Elkton, MD Police Department regarding internal disciplinary proceedings including complaints filed, administrative misconduct investigations, criminal misconduct investigations, disciplinary charges, disciplinary hearings, and imposition of discipline actions for the following sworn police officers:
