Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
The incident report and any investigative reports, including supplements such as police narratives, produced in relation to the shooting incident at Erie High School on 4/5/2022 either a full, partial, or redacted release of the report.
In the event that there are fees, I would request a waiver, as I am a member of a nonprofit media outlet and these records will be used in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I would prefer the request filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
