Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
This is a request for:
Purchase records of the fleet of disability transit vans owned, operated or leased by the Erie Metropolitan Transportation Authority;
The number of disability vans in operation in the fleet of the Erie Metropolitan Transportation Authority;
The total number of citizen requests for disability transportation for the years dating 2015 to July 1, 2019;
The total number of completed requests for disability transportation provided from January 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019;
The total number of drivers employed to transport citizens on the disability vans owned and occupied by the Erie Metropolitan Authority;
Details on how accounts are created and managed for citizens requesting and receiving transportation from the LIFT service of the Erie Metropolitan Transportation Authority;
An accounting of any complaints filed by citizens who have utilitized the LIFT service of the Erie Metrpolitan Transportation Authority for the period from January 1, 2015 to July 1, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
