Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all training materials used in the past four years (January 1, 2020 through January 1, 2024) that mention excited delirium / agitated delirium / bell's mania / lethal catatonia.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 calendar days, as the statute requires.

You had previously indicated that it would be completed on Nov. 28, 2024. I wanted to check on the status of my request, and to see if there was a new estimated completion date.

Per the attached acknowledgment request sent to you on October 31, 2024, "We are currently in the process of identifying records responsive to your request and which may be available to you under FOIL. We estimate that in twenty (20) business days from the date of this letter, we will: 1) complete your request; 2) determine the availability of records responsive to your request; or 3) notify you in the event we require additional time to locate, assemble and review responsive records."
